Mage Winds

Winds of fate

Elspeth, heir to the throne of Valdemar, has gone on a journey to find mages to help Valdemar fight against the evil mages Ancar of Hordon is throwing against them in an attempt to conquer the neighboring kingdom. She travels to Rethwellen where she is told she has great abilities and could become a mage herself, but the head of the school would not be the one to teach her. Instead he sent her off to find his old teach who lives near the Dhorisha Plains. Instead offinding the old White Winds Adept, Elspeth decides to take the fate her Companion seems to have planned out for her into her own hands and makes a sudden detour onto the Plains themselves, determined to find guidance from the mystical Hawkbrothers of the Pelegiris instead of following her Companion's plans.

Winds of Change

Having found the Hawkbrothers and convinced them to train her in the art of magic, Elspeth is racing against time to finish her training and get back to Valdemar to train the rest of the Heralds who have mage potential in their powers. But there is an evil mage living deep in the Peligiris who wants revenge on the Hawkbrothers and all those allied with them. To do so he is willing and eager to make the Vale into a mass of molten rock.

Winds of Fury

Having finished her magical training, it is time for Elspeth to head home to train the other Heralds with mage potential in their powers in time for the war against Ancar. Falconsbane has been destroyed, ending any threat of an aliance between the change-child blood mage andevil king. All that is left to deal with is Hulda, Ancar's teacher, the armies of bespelled men, and Ancar himself. Or so they think.
